註釋The "for the masses" aspect of the Art Nouveau period is reflected in the work of the manufacturing silversmiths in the United States at the turn of the 19th century. The book is about Unger Bros. of Newark, New Jersey. Unger Bros. had a profound influence on the marketplace even though it was one of the lesser known of these silversmiths and was in business for just a few short years. We believe we have shed some light on a very creative company that existed at a very exciting time.
