The Angular Distribution of Dose Rate from Gamma Rays Scattered Through Various Thicknesses of Iron and Aluminum
註釋The angular distribution of dose rate resulting from gamma rays of Co-60 and Cs-137 transmitted through various thicknesses of iron (0.737 in. and 1.6 in.) and aluminum (2 in., 4 in., and 9 in.) was measured. These experimental results are compared with Monte Carlo calculations. Comparisons over a limited range of these angular variables are also made with dose-rate distributions calculated from gamma-ray spectrometric data.
