Edward Slead Ledger
註釋Ledger kept by furniture maker Edward Slead, of Dartmouth, Massachusetts, from 1797 to 1827, recording individual accounts and payments, via cash or barter, for pieces he constructed and mended, including desks, dining tables, book cases, and cases of drawers. Slead also created coffins. He often accepted various types of lumber as payment-in-kind. There are also general store records, where credit was given for weaving and spinning.
