註釋
As learning technologies become more prevalent in our organizations, concerns arise related to the ethical use of this technology. This paper examines ethical issues associated with the use of learning technologies in design and training situations. In-depth interviews of 20 practitioners were conducted. The top three concerns reported were related to copyright, learner privacy, and accessibility issues. Diversity, conflicts of interest, and professionalism concerns also were raised. Contributions to new knowledge in HRD are discussed. (Contains 1 table.).
