註釋Elisha Greene (1790-1875), son of Jacob Greene, a native of Ireland, was born in South Carolina and reared in Bullock County, Georgia. He married his cousin, Elizabeth Wilkerson (1803-1841), daughter of James Wilkerson. They settled near his wife's parents in Appling County, Georgia. They had six children, 1820-ca. 1830. The family migrated to Florida in 1830 and settled in what is now Baker County. He married 2) Elizabeth Ann Driggers (1825-1905) in 1846. They had twelve children, 1846-1867. The surname is also spelled Green.
