There are two approaches to achieve the Sustainable Development and these are through Environmental Laws/Agreement/Protocols/Treaties/Declarations and through international organizations like UNO and its agencies, National Government Agencies, Private Sectors, etc. In this book, a solution is suggested by proposing a new theory of 'Empowerment of Sustainable Development'.
