Great Grandpa (Samuel) Hannah's Family Sketch, 1762-1941
註釋James Hannah (1762-1846) immigrated from northern Ireland (probably Belfast) with his widowed mother about 1771, and was apprenticed to a Quaker farmer named Gibson on land near Wilmington, Delaware. James married Sarah Gregg, and their first child, Samuel Hannah (1789-1869), was born in Delaware. The family moved in 1795 to Brownsville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania, and later (with some of the children working first in Ohio) to Wayne County, Indiana. Descendants and relatives lived in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, California and elsewhere.
