One particular model of instruction-a general model for individualization and adapting instruction to individual differences-is described, and its testing and measurement implications are discussed. Central to this approach is the specification of desired instructional goals in terms of organizable domains of human performance criteria as well as adaptation of instruction on an individual basis so that these desired goals are attained by a maximum number of students.
