註釋Power output in sport is one of the most important factors in athletic performance. Strength and conditioning coaches commonly use the countermovement jump (CMJ) and drop jump (DJ) to assess power in their athletes, and they often utilize plyometric training to improve power. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of three different plyometric loading conditions on the CMJ and DJ, with regards to braking impulse (BI) and reactive strength index (RSI). The three loading conditions were bodyweight loading (BWL), Traditional Plyometric Loading (TPL), and Accentuated Eccentric Loading (AEL). Twentyeight resistance-trained individuals completed the CMJ testing, and 25 completed the DJ testing.
