How to Use This Book
People spend a large part of their waking hours trying to change, wanting to get better. Whether it's weight loss or spending habits or overall fitness, everyone would like to change some aspect of themself.
New Year's Eve resolutions are, generally, forgotten by February. Failing to change comes from two misunderstandings.
Personal change is incremental. We get better with small steps, not giant leaps.
Change means we have to start doing new things and stop doing others. Learning to say no is essential.
This book is designed to be read one chapter a day. Thirty-one chapters, thirty-one days, one month to a better you.
Each chapter ends with an activation challenge for you to apply throughout your day. At the end of the month, you will be better prepared to lead.
On average, this should take about twenty minutes a day.
Self-promotion is so often done without merit or purpose. I decline to write language on the back of this book to entice you to make a purchase. Inside are valuable life lessons that can enrich your life and enhance your leadership ability.
If you're not open to new ideas that may require some work and effort, this book may not be for you.
If you are up for a different kind of life, then I'd like to extend a thirty-one-day challenge.
