註釋Chaine des Rotisseurs is a Gastronomic Society aimed to promote gastronomy and the “culture se la table” in their broadcast sense, whether it involves food or drink, in all countries, by encouraging in particular the development of the culinary arts. The goal and aspirations of the Chaine de Rotisseurs is to group all over the world Gastronomes and Professionals who enjoy and appreciate good food.The study would deal with the automation of the Membership and Billing System. There are many ways of solving problems but the proponent feels the simplest solution would be the automation of the entire system. By using this process, the proponent aims to lessen the workload for both the secretary and accountant. It also aims to decrease expenses of the department especially in purchasing of folders and other materials deemed necessary for keeping records in its manual form. Through the said system, records would be stored in automated files readily available for retrieval by the secretary and the accountant without having to check the printed filed up documents all the time. Furthermore, it is the goal of this study to make the billing and administrative system of CDR more efficient, effective and adaptable.
