Esteban Villa has served as a top general in the Royal Chicano Air Force since 1969. Each morning for the past 35 years, he has conducted flight maneuvres over the Sacramento Valley with his 4"x6" drawing pad, Prismacolor felt tip markers and fine point Pilot pen in hand.
