Natural and Supernatural
註釋Natural and Supernatural is a history of the paranormal from earliest times to 1914. In it, Brian Inglis surveys the evidence for the phenomena we now describe as paranormal - for example, ESP, clairvoyance, visions of the future, ghosts, poltergeists, table-turning, ectoplasm, levitations - and examines the careers of the men and women associated with them - shamans, charlatons, psychical researchers. As the author's academic training was in history, he is careful to assess the evidence; and as a journalist, he aims to keep the subject readable.
