註釋Collection contains over 90 published works and four folders of ephemera and documentation surveying the career of Paula Claire, a British poet and artist who was influential in the fields of concrete, visual, and sound poetry. Assembled by Paula Claire herself, covers the entire span of Claire's career, with materials dating from 1961 to 2020. The published works include poetry booklets, artists' books, catalogues featuring Claire's work, and audio and video recordings of Claire's work, both solo and with ensembles such as resoundscore. Several works by other authors that were published by Claire's own International Concrete Poetry Archive imprint are also included, as are works of Claire's visual poetry published by Writers Forum press, founded by Claire's collaborator Bob Cobbing. Many of the works are enclosed in envelopes that are heavily annotated by Claire herself. Four folders of documentation include over thirty pieces of manuscript and typescript material, most of which dates from the 1960s and 1970s, as well as flyers, posters, and brochures advertising Claire's performances (both originals and photocopies), and photographs of Claire and her collaborators. The materials are arranged alphabetically by title (3 boxes), with the audiovisual materials housed separately (1 box). Documentation and ephemera are housed at end of alphabetically-arranged publications.
