When Farful's friend, Isaiah, gets sick with the Yuckity-Uck (Cancer), Farful wants to help his friend feel better. With the help of his furry best friend, a puppy named Bubbles, Farful sets out on a journey to help his sick friend. Farful learns that friends are the same, whether they are sick or not, and sometimes just being with the person or letting them know you care can make them feel better. Farful also explores the various science and medical-related careers that children can pursue to help people with illness. Farful's puppy friend, Bubbles, sports a collar with a V on it - the V represents Victory over the Yuckity-Uck. The V also happens to be the logo of the V Foundation For Cancer Research. Proceeds from all Panshoo products sold will go to The V Foundation for pediatric cancer research.

At the end of the story, Isaiah has fought the Yuckity-Uck and feels so much better! Isaiah's character is inspired by a little boy whom author Nick Loren met. That little boy is also fighting cancer.
