註釋
Dark Moon is the action-packed tale of Raziel, a hero that arises in a time distant from that of his birth to lead the survivors of a brutal alien attack, all the while haunted by the beautiful face of the lover and soul mate he lost somewhere in the grinding crush of the passing of an age. Dark Moon is a story that spans time, seen through the eyes of an immortal that has walked the earth for a thousand years. It is fraught with powerful immortals posing as gods and cold, cruel humanoid alien machines, both in their respective time periods of Raziel's long life. C. W. Holcomb was born in Birmingham, Alabama, and grew up in Georgia reading the original masters of fiction like Tolkien and Terry Brooks. After attending Jacksonville State University in Alabama, he transferred through Gainsville College to Gwinnett Tech in Georgia where he pursued a certification as a paramedic. Halfway through his studies he realized he wanted to fulfill his dream of being a writer and never looked back. His books echo his personality, filled with fierce emotion and a balance of imagery both brutal and beautiful. A deeply embedded spirituality is also reflected as a running theme in both his current books and those still to come, the forces of good entering into the flow of the story right when the characters are facing their darkest moments of hopelessness and loss.
