註釋This report is an evaluation of the Parentline Plus telephone help line for parents in Great Britain. 99 callers were interviewed concerning the nature of the problem, the caller's characteristics, their other help-seeking behaviours, and the helpfulness of the service. The results were compared with an earlier evualative survey held in 2002/03.
