Marymead Child and Family Centre has been funded by the federal government to provide an Indigenous specific family support program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families in the Australian Capital Territory (ACT). This report was commissioned by Marymead to support the development of a culturally appropriate and need-based service model. It investigate the nature and extent of needs of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families in the ACT, the current responses to these needs, and to possible options for service models.
