Not That The Current Emphasis On Rural Development Is Tardy And Overselling But It Should Be Judiciously Diversified And Differentiated So As To Achieve A Just Transformation Aimed At Development Of All Sectors, Regions And Targets. This Study Probes Into The Pattern Of Agricultural And Industrial Development And Points Out That The Pattern Requires More Sustainment And Stability. The Examples Of Coarse Cereals, Methanisation, Rural Industries Like Beekeeping Etc Are Considered To Prove The Issues. In Specifying The Process And Problems And In Understanding The Prospects Of Rural Areas, The Study Should Be Beneficial To Those Dealing With The Development Paradigms.
