註釋One account book and six daybooks relate to the Lexington general store, including purchases of meat, produce, clothing, liquor, and house wares by such townspeople as Jacob Buckman (1759-1839) and Nehemiah Estabrook (1762-1820). Several daybooks include "notes and sundries" (personal accounts) and extensive calculations. A "Fur Book," for the period 1801 to 1802, mainly contains lists of purchasers only, with a few references to types of fur articles sold and supplies purchased.
