Andre (Andrew) Bankson, possible son of Peter Bengtsson, was born in Stockham, Sweden in 1640. He married Gertrude Rambo, daughter of Peter Gunarssen Rambo, on 22 Nov 1663 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. They have 9 children. Andrew's will was probated on 2 Sep 1706 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Gertrude was still alive in 1706, but her death date is not recorded. Their descendants have lived in Pennsylvania, Missouri, North Carolina, Mississippi, Texas, and other areas in the United States.
