Solving project problems successfully is primarily a matter of perspective, of not only recognizing the problem's occurrence but also identifying the potential opportunities it makes possible. This article explains a problem-solving approach that can help project managers establish themselves as solutions-oriented leaders. In doing so, it defines the proposed approach's four principles.
