Justice on the Job
註釋Annotation The freedom to form a union has been formally recognized as a basic human right by the United Nations and its member states since the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was ratified in 1948 (United Nations 1948). Yet in the United States today, the freedom to form unions and bargain collectively is heavily suppressed, and the law provides workers with little protection.
