Chiefly a record of the paternal ancestors of Shirley Annette Ferguson. Shirley, Daughter of Guy Ferguson and Martha Marie Hickmott, was born in 1939 in Chicago, Cook, Illinois. Shirley's parents both grew up on Russleville, Arkansas but did not know of each other until both had moved to Chicago for work. Shirley married Robert Ernest Bradshaw on 25 January 1958 and had two children. Following their divorce, she married Joseph Samuel Cosney on 12 July 1980. Ancestors have resided in Arkansas, North Carolina, Scotland, and elsewhere.
