註釋The artist Dong-Yeon Kim, born in Seoul, moves between cultures and societies. In his work, which includes three-dimensional pieces, installations, painting and performances, he examines the issue of urban life and civilisation via the interface where ritual, history and progress meet. This book not only documents his extensive exhibition in the Dortmund Kunstverein, it also provides insight into Kim's main cycles of work. There is also a special focus on his drawings, which support his three-dimensional work and illustrate Kim's visual and conceptual ideas. Exhibition: Dortmunder Kunstverein (10.6-7.8.2011).
