The Effect of Lignin, Percentage Weight and Blending Temperature on Wood-plastic Composited from Mix-tropical Wood and LLDPE
註釋Wood-Plastic-Composite (WPC) was prepared from the virgin pulp (VP) of Mix-tropical-wood (as a fibre reinforcement composite) and Low-Linear-Density-Polyethelene (LLDPE) as matrix. The effect of the lignin content in VP, the percentage of VP in the mixture and the blending temperature on the properties of the WPC was studied. The unbleached kraft pulp contained maximum lignin content in the experiment while the bleach pulp (totally no lignin) with zero kappa number were used as a comparison. Kraft pulp were bleached to a different level of kappa number follow the EEP methods.
