A Framework Agreement to Negotiate a Treaty Between Tsay Keh Dene Band, as Represented by Chief and Council (hereinafter Referred to as "Tsay Keh Dene") and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of Canada as Represented by the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development (hereinafter Referred to as "Canada"), and Her Majesty the Queen in Right of the Province of British Columbia as Represented by the Minister of Aboriginal Affairs (hereinafter Referred to as "British Columbia").
