註釋This document is to be used as a supplement to the British Columbia forest development plan (FDP) template, and is intended to provide further information on the content requirements of a FDP and on how to meet those requirements using the FDP template. It lists required, recommended, & voluntary (optional) elements to be included in a FDP along with Ministry comments & explanation of legislation, arranged in sections corresponding to the FDP template. These sections cover such matters as strategic plans, measures to protect forest resources, harvesting, variances from the Forest Practices Code, access management, and maps.
