Use of a Computer Language in Teaching Dynamic Programming
註釋Most optimization problems of any degree of complexity must be solved using a computer. In the teaching of dynamic programming courses, it is often desirable to use a computer in problem solution. The solution process involves conceptual formulation and computational solution. Generalized computer codes for dynamic programming problem solution usually are not practical because of the wide variation and the type of problems solved. A computer language was written which permits a student to read his formulation directly into the computer and obtain the solution. The computer language was used, and it greatly improved the operation of the course.
