I stood up and faced him, he struck me again, this time I held my ground, I was not going down. I could see all the neighbors gathering on the sidewalks, I got even stronger. When the officer noticed the crowd, he left to get in his cruiser. His partner was still standing there frozen; he had to blow the horn for him to get in. When they left, I jumped in my car and sped away."
