The Dispensation of the Báb
註釋More than producing a new religious canon, the Báb brought a fresh worldview of the divine, the human and the social. Through His vast written revelation, the Báb proclaimed majestically the fulfilment of the prophetic Great Day of God promised by the religions in the past. His mystical teachings appeal to the perfection and nobility of the human soul. All things being made new, He delivered a distinct divine philosophy, drastically changing ecclesiastic and liturgical laws and legislating on individual and social matters. The Báb's teaching attracted fiery opposition from the establishment leading to His imprisonment, torture, exile and martyrdom.Relying on nearly 600 passages from His writings, the Dispensation of the Báb presents a panoramic view of the Báb's doctrine, highlighting His position as an independent Messenger of God and announcing the imminent advent of Him Whom God shall make manifest, showing at the same time the theological unicity between the faiths of the Báb and Bahá'u'lláh.
