In contrast to other manuals, emphasis has been put on mycotoxins and other secondary metabolites as criteria for identification. The book contains 47 colour plates and several chromatographic and spectroscopic data. Methods for the detection of aflatoxins and other mycotoxins from seeds are elaborated.
