註釋The Community Environment Network [CEN] was established in 1997 with the mission of “supporting ecologically sustainable development and opposing threats to ecologically sustainable development". In 2000, following establishing an office on the campus, a Sustainability Forum was established to advise CEN and investigate a vision for sustainability on the Central Coast. This report is a culmination of that work. It does not attempt to answer every question in regard to creating a sustainable campus. Rather the report seeks to outline the major issues and identify the initial areas to improve the sustainability of the campus. -- p. 5.
