註釋This study focuses on the commuting of students to the University of Winnipeg and the University of Manitoba. The study was conducted to determine the frequency of use of various transportation modes, to determine some possible factors that may have influenced students in their use of a particular mode, to gather data on how students used particular modes, and to recommend steps to increase the use of more sustainable forms of transportation. Study methodology consisted of a questionnaire survey of students at the two universities and converting most of the data into percentages or weighted values. A copy of the questionnaire is appended.
