Small But Significant Steps to Help the Uninsured
註釋The number of uninsured Americans rose by 1.4 million in 2001. The same economic slowdown that has exacerbated the problem of the uninsured has also diminished the public resources needed to address it. This report suggests a number of low-cost policies that could improve health coverage in this environment by providing discrete groups of people with access to private health insurance, public coverage, or both.
