SPECTRAL AND NETWORK PROPERTIES OF CONES IN THE RETINA OF PSEUDEMYS SCRIPTA.
註釋Using extrinsic current to vary membrane potential we found that the flash response is usually reduced when the cone is either hyperpolarized or depolarized from the resting potential. Input resistance measurements indicate that this is due at least in part to changes in either membrane or coupling resistance. Modeling suggests that the effects of hyperpolarization may be due in part to an anomalous rectifier current similar to that found in photoreceptors of several other species.
