This study determines the impact of administrative-empowerment AEM through the empowerment concept on the performance of employees in the National-Iranian-sector's-distribution of petroleum products in Torbat Heydariyeh, Iran. This goal is accomplished by the case study's perspectives on the effect of AEM on results based on the variables. The researchers use the descriptive-analytical approach and create a standard empowerment questionnaire; the study's statistical population is made up of all company employees. The K-S test and Cronbach's alpha are used to validate the questionnaire, and the results are validated using a regression correlation coefficient. The researcher used simple random sampling with a sample size of 45 people. The main finding of this analysis is that individuals agree on the effect of AEM in terms of expertise on output in the National-Iranian sector of petroleum product distribution. According to the study, the most powerful indexes on motivating human resources are workplace, morale, belonging sense to the organization, knowledge information, and job skills in the empowerment, criticality, feasibility, interest, and work the desired criterion, respectively.
