註釋
This paper describes four classes of environmental endocrine disrupting substances most widely cited as being responsible for endocrine disrupting activity, based on a review of the literature: estrogens, antiandrogens, thyroid hormone disrupters, and aryl hydrocarbon receptor agonists. It also examines epidemiological evidence regarding the effect of known endocrine disrupters on human health & health trends in human populations, including male reproductive tract effects, breast cancer, and neurodevelopmental effects.
