註釋This report provides an introduction to the aspects of electromagnetic power radiated from surface penetrating radar (SPR), ground penetrating radar or ground probing radar (GPR) which are related to radio frequency power, EMC requirements, and radiological protection. An illustrative example calculation is given for the electromagnetic radiated power levels expected from this type of equipment. Legislatory aspects are also considered including compliance with the various directives appropriate for portable industrial and scientific measurement equipment, and in terms of use of the radio spectrum, compliance with the appropriate national regulatory requirements. Useful conclusions are drawn.
