Results-Based Management Principles and Standards
註釋To achieve the three transformative goals of ending preventable maternal deaths, unmet need for family planning, and gender-based violence and all harmful practices, UNFPA needs to strengthen its Results-Based Management (RBM). Through RBM, the focus inside the organization is shifted towards accountability and constant learning. The 3+5 framework of the RBM Principles and Standards will help sustain this vision in the institution, with three core principles and three supporting principles, each associated with a respective set of standards aimed at capturing the crucial elements of RBM application. The focus of this framework is to enhance the availability of results information and prompt the use of results information towards learning, adapting, and managing.
