Sediment-hosted Base Metal Deposits of the Wollaston Domain, Northern Saskatchewan
註釋The Wollaston Domain of the Precambrian of northern Saskatchewan is a northeasterly-trending belt of metamorphosed lower Proterozoic supracrustal rocks deposited upon Archean granitoid basement. This report describes the geology of Morell Lake, Foster River, Pendleton Lake, and Duddridge Lake, all within the Domain, where zinc-lead and copper-uranium occurrences are concentrated, and includes descriptions of the more important deposits in each area. The report is based on field studies conducted from 1977-79, and includes the location and access, physiography, and history of exploration. Appendices provide a summary of drilling results from Courtenay Lake to Beeching Lake and a description of the Segment Lake lead-zinc occurrence in Mudjatik Domain.
