ABSTRACT

In 1998 I started to prepare an encyclopedic dictionary from Arabic to Arabic. I have seen that the existing dictionaries do not refer to the multifaceted meanings of the Arabic word, but only to its common and known meaning. 20 years later, this work of mine reached 12 volumes. Unfortunately, no one took responsibility for publishing such a rich work. My efforts and requests from those with financial strength did not yield any results. finally; I called Dr. Hani Ismail Ramadan, who is a faculty member at Giresun University and entrusted this encyclopedia to him. Now, I would like to publish the first volume of the encyclopedia, which you will find below, together with the preface I wrote in Arabic, in order to share it with the public. Thus, I wanted to make a note in history about the importance given to science and scientific studies in Turkey.
