Drug Review: In clinical trials, tadalafil has been shown to be more effective than placebo in promoting and maintaining erections after normal sexual stimulation, and allowing patients to successfully complete sexual intercourse. Improving Practice: With this expanding global prevalence of ED, coupled with a growing awareness of the condition among physicians and patients alike, the management of the condition has become firmly routed in primary care.
