Human Rights Aspects of the Hungarian Competition Enforcement in the Practice of the Courts
註釋Increasingly more focus is placed on the human rights aspects of competition enforcement in the past years also in Hungary. By now, the Hungarian courts clarified the human rights aspects of Hungarian competition law from various perspectives. The goal of this study is to give practical insight as to how the Hungarian courts interpret the human rights aspects of Hungarian competition law in particular regarding the application of criminal law procedural guarantees in the context of competition enforcement, the confidential treatment of the data of the protected witness, the statement of objections, the standards of proof, notices issued by the competition authority, dawn raids and fines.
