The enhanced 12th edition of 'Understanding Abnormal Behavior', now titled 'Understanding Psychological Disorders', has been revised to incorporate the text revision of the American Psychiatric Associations' 'Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition', (DSM-5-TR), published in 2022, and some of the newest scientific, psychological, multicultural, and psychiatric research, as well as the continued controversies surrounding the classification and diagnosis of mental disorders."--
