註釋Most of the personnel tests used by the Army require the examinee to respond to or work with written and spoken English. Such tests are generally not effective in predicting the military success of Illiterates or of non- English speaking personnel. There is a need, therefore, to develop appropriate test materials for such groups. The objective of this study was to develop an appropriate test for assessing the military trainability of marginal personnel.
