English Abstract: The refugee crisis which ensues as a result of political and economic instability particularly in the countries of the Middle East, not only been a controversial goal among developed Western states, but also was an appropriate occasion for policy adjustment and change of positions for hegemonic states such as Germany. After all, the controversy and conflict areas in Europe are diverse and include the area of financial crisis management, which was the springboard to challenge the German hegemony. Thus Germany is trying amid the adjustment to stop opposing trends that challenge his potentially dominant role in Europe and to reduce the field of action for respective alliances , as shaped through the opposition of the German positions with those of the South. The policy responses to the crisis has led to almost all the EU into a political radicalization that ultimately has the parallel effect of strengthening backward procedures self-desolution trends such as the strengthening of the national state. The followed anti-crisis policy leads governments to follow the discount or the fall from power. Consequently, Germany loses more and more allies in Europe. This appears clearly in the last summits. The resistance To German positions and proposals is coming not only from the South but also from the East. The negative reactions that raise the former communist states of Eastern Europe in relation to refugee crisis, lead many analysts as to speak of a social, political and cultural rift between eastern and western Europe. In conclusion they are visible two major trends in the current horizon of the European integration. First a trend again of disorganized renationalization of policies and also a tendency of rejection of the German hegemony.
