註釋
RETScreen is a computerized generic tool developed to help a renewable energy project proponent prepare a preliminary evaluation of the annual energy performance, costs, and financial viability of the project. This document begins with an introduction on the use of RETScreen as a project assessment tool and an overview of the RETScreen model. It continues with chapters describing the use of RETScreen to evaluate wind energy, small hydro, photovoltaic, solar ventilation air heating, and biomass heating projects. It then describes the use of the RETScreen financial summary capability, the non-financial attributes of renewable energy technology projects, and the RETScreen database on Canadian remote communities. The accompanying diskette contains the RETScreen program.
