Organisational Ethnography
註釋This is a methodology book primarily addressed to master level students in business administration, but also to doctoral students who look for an introduction to qualitative methods. It presents the ethnographic methodological tradition, as well as explains the main methods used by ethnographers of organisations, namely: observation, interview, and text analysis. Further it offers an introduction to how to analyse ethnographic material and, finally, how to write a thesis based on field research. Concrete examples of how research is done are given throughout the book, and short advice is offered by experienced researchers who use the methods in their field work.
