Ward Account Books
註釋Lauren and William Ward were manufacturers of curtain rings and other small brass items in Naugatuck, Connecticut. The brothers began their partnership in 1866. It was a successful venture, but was dissolved following Lauren's death. The collection contains two ledgers, seven journals, and two shipping books. Also included are a volume from the Garfield and Arthur Campaign Club (formed in Naugatuck in 1880 and continued as the Blaine and Logan Club in 1884) and a journal of Lauren's begun prior to the partnership.
